Warehouse Dispatcher

Key responsibilities

Printing ship documentation and order picking slips

Picking, packing and dispatching each day's orders received via the internet

Receiving stock delivered from suppliers.

Sorting arriving stock in the correct areas of the warehouse.

Assisting in replenishing stock level in the retail shop

Secondary responsibility will be to assist in all aspects of the day to day running of the business (with training) which includes customer support and advice.

Skills and experience

Experience in a Pick-pack-ship environment would be a distinct advantage, though full training can be provided for a person with a very high level of knowledge in archery equipment.

The ideal candidate for this role would be someone experienced in online retail dispatch with a knowledge of archery (though flexibility and training exists either way, for individuals who have high levels of one of these attributes.)

Computer literacy and a high attention to detail are paramount for this position.

Key responsibilities

You will be a self-motivated all-rounder who takes pride in their work. You must be a people person and work well in a team. Your role includes but not limited to:

Ensure Customer satisfaction level is met and exceeded

Customer service on chat, email, phone and face to face in our retail shop

Resolve customer issues and grievances, which will be the biggest part of your KPI

Great communication skills

Meeting all your KPIs 

Data Entry

Attention to detail

MUST possess a can do attitude

Must be available to work on Saturdays 

Be thoroughly tech savvy

Benefits and perks

Adults over 21 will while under provision, you will be working as a Full-time Casual Staff at $26.76/hour plus super. Applicants below 21 will be offered the corresponding Fairwork mandated rate. If you make it through provision, you will be offered a permanent full-time position with the company

Skills and experience

Previous experience in Archery is preferred or interest to take it up as a Hobby

Must possess previous customer service/Sales experience

Previous Customer Resolution experience is highly preferred

Must be able to function well within a high-stress environment

Must be available to work Saturdays

Have a driver's license

Have full working rights in Australia

Be prepared to undergo a Police Check

Be very tech savvy and quick to pick up things

Have great communication skills and proficient command of written and verbal English

Familiarity with Office Suite or Google Suite is beneficial although not required
